Science Fiction Adventure, The Outworlds: War Torrent, Features Ancient Reptilian Aliens
The Ancient Aliens television show on The History Channel aired an episode in 2014 entitled, “The Reptilians.” According to IMDB’s summary of this episode, the Reptilian alien has been a fixture of science fiction, from H.P. Lovecraft's tales of Valusians to the Cardassians in Star Trek, to the Visitors of the television series V. But could ancient myths about reptilian creatures provide evidence that they are more than just a pop-culture creation? Legends of serpent beings exist on every continent. The Bible, the Quran, and the ancient texts known as the Nag Hammadi codices all describe reptilian entities interacting with humans. In Central and South America people worship the feathered serpent god called Kulkukan or Quetzalcoatl. In India, the Nagas are half-human half-reptile gods who live underground in a place called Patala. And in China and Japan, many emperors claim to be the descendants of dragons. Could these stories represent real Reptilian beings that people all over the world actually encountered in the ancient past?
That’s a great question for a topic that does deserves further investigation. But, as noted, the reptilian ancient aliens topic also provides us with a science fiction entertainment source.
And then there’s the whole evil intent reputation associated with the reptilian ancient aliens.
According to Arcturi.com, reptilians have been commonly associated with government conspiracies, government control and manipulation of our home planet. The reason many people associate these Reptilians with such actions is because of their inherit nature to be evil. Cunning and crafty, the reptilian ancient aliens seduce the hearts and desires of humankind while plotting their agenda and slowly wreaking havoc on our earthly world.
By the way, I have a fear of snakes that reaches biblical proportions. Could it be a collective unconscious aversion to the influence of reptilian ancient aliens on humanity rearing its scaly head in my everyday existence?
Chilling, and great stuff for science fiction writing.
In my new science fiction release, The Outworlds: War Torrent, I tap into some of that stuff about reptilians. In it, ancient reptilian aliens clash in a war that is the start of a new interstellar crusade orchestrated by evil ethereal entities whose intent is radical genetic purification of the galaxy, and Earth’s Stone Age humans are their next target.
The book draws on the mystery of reptilian ancient aliens and related conspiracy theories about their alleged, past involvement with humans and possible engineering of our genes.
War Torrent is a novella, and the first book in The Outworlds, a series of science fiction adventures set in the early twenty-fourth century at the fringe of human civilization. Although War Torrent steps outside that timeline, its prequel events, characters, and technology will have a major influence on the continuing storyline in The Outworlds.
